When you make your appointment you will be asked if there is a particular piece of equipment you would like to see or try and what problems you are wishing to solve.

During your visit to the centre you will be able to try the equipment in a safe and private environment. One of our qualified assessors will demonstrate the equipment, answer your questions and provide information to enable you to make an informed choice before purchasing

Our assessors are available to answer any questions or queries, by our helpline or email. The centre also has an extensive range of literature on products and services which can be emailed, posted or collected from reception .

We produce a quarterly newsletter, with the latest news and information on independent living.
