The Disabilities Living Centre was established in October 1987 and is a member of the Disabled Living Centres Council. It is situated adjacent to the Integrated Community Equipment Store. We provide information, advice and assessments on equipment and services for disabled people, elderly people, their carers and professional staff. There is ample parking with some spaces reserved for disabled persons vehicles, level access and a disabled persons toilet.
The centre runs a free service which is open to all, please telephone the centre to arrange an appointment. Our aim is to provide comprehensive and highly specialised advice and information.

There is information on all the equipment on display, and a
comprehensive range of leaflets and brochures on many other items,
